|  No longer teen Jesse McCartney leaves Goa nightclub while texting on his phone on Friday in Los Angeles, Calif. Even though the club has a strict “over 21″ rule, it seems Jesse, 20, was able to Goa anyway. Jesse recently voiced “Theodore” from the movie Alvin and the Chipmmunks. Alviiiiiiiiiiin!    | |
